PArent Led Support for children and young people with Intellectual Disability (PALS-ID)

We're launching the PALS-ID Study!

We're working with parents and carers to develop a new parent led Behaviour Checklist intervention. The intervention will aim to help support families understand the reasons behind behaviours that challenge in children and young people with an intellectual disability (aged up to 18 years) and use this information to get better support from pathways including schools, health professionals and community services.

By taking part, parents help shape a tool designed by families, for families, to improve communication, share priorities and make support pathways easier to navigate.
